Mackie fx12 usb mixer - overload led light permanently

Hi I have a mackie fx12 mixer and mic channel 2 has the overload led light permanently the channel is not affected at all ie distortion, muted etc just annoying with led on has anyone had this before on this mixer before I start to fault find. Thanks for any information
