Hi,
I remember, that Cetralab had such same switches, these is a type of 2x6 stages, 2x 7pins on cca an inch distance...
Maybe on these way...

Hello, the Google search shows a vintage analog multimeter (from radiomuseum.org), and the last picture shows the rotary switch. Maybe some company still makes it.
