Hi, I have plugged my adapter and put my cables right on my decoder but there is no power on no red, green and orange light.
And if I take out the adapter pin out of the decoder then the adapters blue light switch on, what seems to be the problem?

You forgot to specify what kind of decoder and adapter you are talking about. Anyway, if the adapter seems working after unplugging from the decoder then either there is a short circuit in the decoder or the adapter cannot provide enough power. Try to replace the adapter first.
