My power supply was damaged and there were two LM 2576HVT-adj series voltage regulators were burnt, which were replaced by the new ones.
Now the display is on but there is no response of voltage and current adjustments by the front panel nobs, i.e. it do not respond to voltage or current selection from the front panel.
I shall be highly obliged if anyone can help me out.

Did you check condensators and diodes?

We do not know the wiring diagram of your power supply.
We do not know the composition of the electrical elements, only the type of voltage regulator.
