Yamaha PSR-E333, no sound

I have an old but brand new keyboard never played. It used to work beautifully but no sound is playing. The power and display is fine. No keys playing though all function and display is working. I am using power input no headphones inserted. Would be grateful for any help or tips. I need to practise a piece. Thank you so much in advance
