KENWOOD GE-7030 equalizer display is fade not brilliant

Hi
kenwood ge8030 graphic equalizer analyzer display is so dim, not bright enough, how to fix this problem
thanks. I know it’s supposed be well bright.

If you dont know what is the VFD, please don't try repair your device! (VFD Vacuum Fluorescence Display).
