My 3 year old canon ipf780 A0 colour printer is not working anymore. Service says i used wrong ink and i can throw it away. I have a new printhead but black is not working. maybe only black tube is closed. Anyone to help ?

Try to clean the metal contacts on the printhead and on the printer, change the black ink tank and try the head cleaning process.
