Panasonic TC-P42XT50X plasma with black and colored spots on display. Few plasma tv have repaired but it is the first time I see this fault, honestly I don't know where to start?

First, take a picture from the working unit, and share it with us. ;)
Are all of the dc voltages OK? Check them for ripples too.. (oscilloscope...)
