Behringer B215D protect problem

I have a behringer b215d, the tr mosfet is broken (shortly) I have replaced it, I also replaced the driver ic, and I replaced the c83 because it was short too, but after I turned it on, the green led flashed briefly then turned off (protect). How to check this protection problem? Thank you if you are willing to guide me.
