I cannot turn off the Sonic Frontiers Line 2 preamp MUTE function, it turns on automatically after I powered ON and pressed the standby button. The remote control was already damaged and no matter I press which button on the face plate, the red “MUTE” sign appears on the screen. No sound. Anybody can help ?

Maybe only the mute button is shorted,
It's an very good an expensive preamp.
