Girbau LS-355 showing error ALN/Notr

Good day Sir..

I have touble repairing the Girbau LS-355
THE error showing and flashing ALN/Notr. I look online for solution.but no success.  Ichange already the motor.but same issue. Base on my research says that the motor thermal connection disconnection.but i cannot find where is the thermal location.thank you hope that you can help me fix my problem soon..
