Panasonic LUMIX DMC TZ60/61 system error O.I.S, lcd blank and lens cannot open

I have problem on my camera lumix DMC TZ61. Lensa and lcd cannot open. I think, i was problem in sdram type K4P2G324. can you help me..? If you have schematic diagram, please send on my email. Many thanks

OIS error :optical image stabilizer, maybe do you destroyed your optic lens
