Onkyo TX-NR575E "connection error"

Hi everybody. Yesterday i was very surprised that my unit is not conecting to any online music service. Every time it is showing "connection error" on display, although in settings all are ok about network connection. What can i do about that? How can it can be solved?

Now i see that, on TV screen, when i do the network test, the unit shows "internet service test" failed. This it shows no matter to what wifi network it is connected - router or phone hotspot. And the same with LAN source.
