There is extraneous interference and noise in the background of the dial tone, what is wrong with the handset?

Hello Valerysel,

1.Is the battery good?
2.If the device is dropped, the printed circuit board may be damaged.(antenna fault)
3. It can also be caused by an external interference source.Is there a new wireless device nearby?(neighbour?)
If possible, you should try it in another place.
