Hi All,
after a longer period I started the system, but the it stops booting and the screen stayed dark. I found the problem in the display-CPU (named CPU2B/2). One of three EPROMs has absolutely no access also not with my reader. Could somebody please help me with a copy of the firmware (V61 or similar)? Many thanks for your time

I happen to have the same instrument in a functional state, recently dumped all the firmware EPROMs. I'll attach the binary files below, along with an image that explains the file numbering. Good luck with the repair!
