Hi,
on my Pioneer X-EM21 the CD-tray does not open anymore.
When I press "Open" on the unit or on the remote control it says "OPEN" on the display but the CD-tray does not open.
After a while the text on the display changes to "CLOSE". A little later it starts to play the CD.
As it is now I cannot change the CD.
How do I fix this problem?

Hi!
The rubber belt in the cd tray drive system is probably worn out. Disassemble the device and replace the belt with a suitable size.
