Whirlpool AWZ 7303 dryer thermal fuse location?

Hi does the Whirlpool AWZ 7303 condenser dryer have a thermal fuse and if so where exactly is it located. I cannot find mention of it in the service manual. I have removed the back cover but I still cannot locate it. The dryer powers on but will not start. Thank you
