Is the element marked on the JVC HR-6850 diagram as IC3001 HD6432194SBD11F a video processor?
Some stripes started flying on the screen even in the menu (I'll paste what it looks like over the weekend), the service in Wrocław took a look and said it was the image processor's fault.
Is such an element available anywhere?
Is it possible that this processor is also present in other similar JVC models?

Yes,it is.I think there is no chance of getting it.
Maybe the service didn't want to waste time with repairs, that's why they said this.
I would check the power supply first.
