I posted here a while ago but no answers:

Made some good progress, but there seems to be a sync problem.
I posted to the EEV blog for more help:

Any help or feedback appreciated.
Someone on another forum replied:
" I didn't look at your TV set schematic but I did look at the data sheet
for the IC that you posted. It looks to me like composite sync is applied to
pins four and five through those two capacitors, and the IC does sync
separation internally.
Yes, the original yellow jack was for composite analog video. The picture
signal and composite sync. Composite sync contains both horizontal and
vertical sync pulses but is not just a simple additive mix.
As you know, TVs will only work at one resolution, so your RGB source has to
be set to that . 480i as it is called today."
Are those settings I posted 480I ?
The video says he used coupling caps to the RGB lines of the IC...dunno if
that would help?
Other stuff I read seem to say you can control their intensity with
resistors in line with them,
but the colors look fine, this is some sort of sync problem.
It also brings note that some jungle IC's take analog , some take ditital
sync? I think my Sencore lets you switch between those outputs on the control
panel, and when I went back and fourth, it didnt seem to help.
