First, you should pull down a button to determine whether the shaft of the potentiometer is D-shaped or star-shaped.

I m not lazy ..
Thing is ,that i must have the components before i take it apart and i have very little time to repair it....
It works all day and i cant take it with me to open it up at night and return it in the morning....
So did i answer your remark "lazy" ....???
