Hantek DSO2000 series oscillascope, Black screen and leds working, no bootup

Hi my first time on forum.

I have a Hantek scope DSO2C10 that was working ---I did an update to a DSO2D10 ,now it won't boot just looks like a dog lost.

No working screen just black and the  LED BUTTONS are lit but not working---no boot up just frozen.

I have gone though the setting up with the FPG chip and installed all the flash files. Also can't use the front USB port as there is no screen to install the UPK software.

Please help
