APC UPS Pro1000 FO4 Error

My Aforsaid UPS Is switching on but getting F04 error.
For testing purpose I used 24Volts 10A rating external SMPS Power Source
I am unable to get exact Circuit diagram of aforesaid APC UPS -PRO-1000 and showing components data / nomencluture

Batterires are okay Charging Display with Input AC holds for few seconds
Getting Tripped with F04 error code.
Hopefully you will be able render usful help in all respects
No component is damaged

Try this

Perform processor reset on the unit. By performing processor reset you will be able to reset the internal processor of the unit.
To reset a Back-ups is to purge the charge in the brain of the UPS, which will reset it.

Disconnect any attached load.
Unplug the UPS from the wall socket.
Disconnect the UPS' internal battery.
Push and hold the ""On"" button on the UPS for 5 seconds
Reconnect internal battery.
Plug UPS in to known good power source.Turn UPS on. you will be able to reset the internal processor of the unit.

Other,,You say the battery is good, how do you know it's good? Did you try it under load?
no beep?
Maybe there is no charge
Have you tried measuring the external battery under load?

There are two options,,,,when there is mains voltage,,,then it enters a state,,,,,,when the mains voltage goes out then the inverter has to start.

It doesn't matter how you start it...start it with battery and mains voltage, then disconnect the mains voltage.
