Cheers Zsugori, a few on there are close its the KA7500b, which im told i can just use a TL494cn, only diff i can see on the data sheet is the gates are diff prob due to the power switchin on, on the AT as you know its off the mains switch, will check them out cheers.

cheers its just dead i now have 3 of them to do all same problem so if i fix one al fix them all, all trannys diods caps are fine, its something daft, al keep yall posted, thanks for the help guys. al prob just draw out a cct, if i do al post it it for future ref, cheers
