Agilent E8803A, keyword for Model Change Repair due to power outage

I am looking for the generic KEYWORD to be able to complete a Model Change Repair. Our analyzer has been working fine, then we had a big storm come through and now when we turn the machine on it wants to do a repair because although the serial number is correct, it does not match the model number. We have not changed the keyword from the original. Any help would be appreciated as we have a large project due next week.
