New to me Peavey TKO-65 bass amp. Tested it with a passive P Bass. Sounded beautiful except badly crackly on many of the pots. No hums, other noise, very clean. Brought it home, cleaned the pots with contact cleaner, let it sit 2 days and put it back together. No sound. No click, hum, jack noise, anything. Power light comes on. Tried inserting outside audio to power amp in, nothing. Checked speaker. Wiring intact, reading 6 ohms. speaker cord has continuity.
Anyone have a suggestion of where to look before I start dismantling?
