Yamaha YPG-625 won't play

I have a Yamaha YPG-625 that powers up but does not play. I turned it on yesterday for the first time in a few months and it worked. Then when I turned it off and turned it back on, the power came up, but it does not get to the home screen and I cannot play it. The screen flashes momentarily and there is a little noise that comes out of the speakers, then the screen goes to a solid background purple color. Any suggestions? I already tried the factory reset.
