My radio/cd Philips AZ3831/12 has the following problem : all the commands do no respond (source selction, volume, radio stations selection, on/off button.

Hello!
First time check the power transformer. Check the secunder voltages. If it is missing secunder voltage, then transformer primary winding is broken. This tranformer useing thermal fuse build in the primer coil, maybe that is wrong. Change a new one.
