Acoustic model 165 amplifier switch issue

Hello! 
found near mint acoustic model 165 from driftshop, there IS a switch to connect volume 2 on, but it doesnt respond.. is there a broblem with main capasitors or what?
switch Works but it doesnt connect both channels at same time like it should.. feels like im missing full potential here..
