There is rarely a separate filament heating circuit,check the tubes,connectors,(broken ?) wires.
In the linked circuit diagram, there are a couple of filter capacitors in the ECC85 FM mixer heating circuit,their shorting can cause an error like this.Anyway,devices of this age (more then 60 yrs), it's recommended to replace the paper capacitors.
