AIWA DX-M90M after pick up changed, no read disc

Hello, I have a CD player, model AIWA DX-M90M. After changing module pick up assy SF-90apcp (sanyo), I can not get the disk recognized. The diode turns on, the lens moves trying to detect the CD, but I can not get the CD to start turning and activate the laser.
My query is to know the protocol or sequence of the procedure, or any suggestion of origin of this failure.
