AKAI GX-230 BACK TENSION

Hi there! Trying to find how to increase/adjust bak tension on akai gx 230 in reverse mode to prevent tape not come off of the capstan.
When Pback in Reverse tape slips off in the very beginning but after I REW tapeto the left like 1/2"-all play OK
Any thoughts how to adjust and where the adjustment point
