Ariston LBE 8 X water leaks

During a washing cycle there was a loud noise and I found two little plastic pieces were on the floor below the laundry detergent door. Water started draining onto the floor from the bottom of the washer and since it flooded the floor I stopped it. Spin cycle works fine. It's only the wash cycle when water leaks from the bottom left side of the washer. Please help
