Benq GW2280 - cannot reinsert flex cable

I removed the flex cable from my benq gw2280 .
But when I tried to render the cable,I cannot do it.The cable is not going in.
The other end of the cable is connected to light sensor of my monitor.
The cable is xinya e315127.
