Dear Technotronic,
first, you need to address the difference between reflowing and reballing. Second, you need to decide, how long do you plan your repair work to last. Because the reflowing usually last for months (at top!), reballing can last much longer. You can see a lot of videos on youtube on both topics, you can decide which way you want to go.
Cheers, János
i used a halogen bulb from a car, supported about 6" above main cpu, put very small piece of solder on top of chip to let me know when solder is molten, removed heat after 30 seconds after solder was molten. i also protected surrounding circuitry with tin foil.
this fixed a no" main panel on" signal from a board from a TC-P50C2.

Hello
you need a airflow solder unit with liquid paste. It's easy and fast.

Try this, sometimes make miracles:

I am in doubt a halogen bulb will do the job...the pcb has an enormous dissipation.
Good luck.
