Bios request for Toshiba mainborad 32L4300 Rev. 1.02

Hello everyone

I have a Toshiba 32L4333 mainborad 32L4300 Rev. 1.02 with the following defect: when the plug is inserted into the socket the TV turns on showing only the logo for a few seconds
and then remains in operation with a dark screen and inactive controls. The backlight works and is visible through the rear panel holes.
I would need the bios binary file for the W25Q16CV flash memory
