Bosch AL3640CV battery charger issue

Hi,
i tried to repair with assistance of your schematic following blown parts, the fuse, 2diodes of the rectifier, transistor T4 and T8 than put the connector to the power socket. The green LED is on but at the same time you can hear little noise and the resistor R17 connected to IC2A pin (2) began to overheat (smoke) now i am at the end of my ideas. Can somebody help with any troubleshooting tips. The IC 2 seems ok (compared with operable charger by measured pins with ohmmeter
