I have a Candy FDP 232 Double oven and when using at a temperature >200°C the complete oven shuts down, display , fans and all, completely dead. After 5 to 10 minutes it comes alive again. I first suspected the safety thermostat inside the rear cover. This I have shorted out but still the oven shuts down. What else can it be?
