Casio AP-60R cpu rom checksum

I'm repairing a digital piano CASIO Celviano AP-60R.
Problem is main Hitachi processor failure. This processor also contain an internal PROM (programmed by Casio).
To substitute processor I must before extract this program using a QFP100->DIP32 interface and flash it in new processor.
I already done these steps, but new processor have same behavior, so I suspect that internal program I extracted before is partially damaged.
I asked previously for this .bin file at Casio with no success, so I ask if anyone owning this file can share at least its checksum, so I can check if I'm doing right or not.
