CEC TL51XR CD player 230V power voltage to 110V ?

Hi, I have a CEC TL51XR CD player with 230V power input. I am going to immigrate to Canada where the voltage supply is 120V. I saw on the power board markings like this.
230V=JP1+JP5,
120V=JP6+JP1+JP3.
In my machine, JP1 and JP5 are wired. Other JPs are not.
Can I just change the wiring to JP6+JP1+JP3 to change the voltage?
Why JP6+JP1+JP3, but not JP1+JP3+JP6? Anything special here? Any advice?
Thanks a lot for reading.

Hello,

120 V  JP6,JP1,JP3  ON
230 V  JP1,JP5 ON
If you have a DMM,measure the resistance on the power plug ,after the modification (120V AC) the resistance is about the half.
