Dell L250PS-00 desktop power supply not working

Hi,
My Desktop Dell PC power supply model L250PS-00, P/N:PS-5251-07DF not working.
Checked 230V AC supply ok and DC 370V across the Power capacitor also ok. 
Please help me to check further. No output of any DC voltage terminals.
