Delonghi perfecta esam 5400 no heat, no pump water, red triangle lights

Hi I have spent a lot of time fixing this Delonghi perfecta esam 5400 
everything seems to be good, tested manuály all loads, change solenoid, also new boiler with top piston, just haven't tested hall motor electronic sensor board yet.
Machine doesn't heat, or pump the water, just motor goes down, in few second goes up again, and that's it. Red triangel ;lights up.
In the movement time also symbol with full and empty water drop fleshes, .
Do I have to change power electronic, ?
