Problem with Denon-Heos-AMP HS1
Cause:
After a factory reset attempt that fails, the following problems occur.
PS
The unit worked just before the factory reset!
Problem:
The device tries to update the firmware automatically (online), but it fails.
The device then flashes red continuously.
According to the service manual, the only option is to load a new factory firmware using a USB dongle.
After many hours of searching the web, I have not been able to find this firmware file.
The service manual refers to an SD (service disk).
The Denon service office does not sell or provide service application software.
I hope for further information/help to solve this problem
