My DigiTech 2101 preamp processor was working fine I left it on and came back it was off and now unit does not power back on. I checked the fuse is good , could it be blown tubes?

Check the power supply voltages and the signal path of the audio lines. Measurements can be used to determine which stage is faulty. It is not certain that the vacuum tubes are faulty, but it is impossible to say without measurements. Good luck with the repair.
