hello, i have been using pfaff creative 2140 since 2005, i have noticed a blur circular grey spoting on the screen in the centre. pls help me to repair the same or if i need to replace the screen pls advise where can i get the screen from.

I think your problem is clearly LCD failure and because its a custom product you have to ask a Pfaff service or self the producers support...
Otherweise, its possible -with tim e- to find a part for that on ebay too-if you have time.
