If all 5 amplifiers of the same model cause electric shock, it is unlikely that all of them are faulty.
It is possible they are Class II devices with mains EMI filter, where the centre of the X capacitor is at the chassis. If you touch any metal part connected to it, you feel a harmless 115 V "shock". Are you dead or alive? If you are dead, it was a real electric shock. If you are alive, it is just a potential rise caused by the mains filter capacitor. It is inconvenient but harmless.
