To all helpful people!
I solved the problem. Once I knew how to enter the service mode menu, it was clear the settings were messed up.
Attached two pictures with the extra service menu items F1 and F2 for your reference.

Dear All,

Perhaps you can help me with the problem below.

The monitor shows a red background, looks like there is no green.
This happens with VGA and DVI signals. But the OSD menu is ok. (Also the manufacturer logo when powered on looks ok to me.)

Could this be a firmware or settings problem?
Or is the scaler (TSUM56AK) defect?

Does this monitor has a service menu where these color settings can be reset? (The user menu settings are fine.)

Hi!
Enter into service menu: push and hold AUTO button, press ON/OFF button, (release the AUTO button) then the LED lights orange and press the MENU button
In the normal menu become more submenu (not just RGB, position or brightness/contrast) and in this submenu can you reset the colour setting (i dont know the exact name of this submenu)

It could be work. If not, replace the eeprom on the scaler board to an empty one.

Unfortunately, this weak light pink background problem CCFL tubes need to be replaced

Thanks for your reaction!
But what I do not understand is, when the tubes are degrading, the white background of the OSD menu is perfectly white?!
