Haire htx14s34 chassis spw7.820.630 tv not start

I have voltages in the secondaries of the choper +B90v and the other two voltages are 11v and 12v I have 5v in the keypad, the 90v in the transfi2 draiver and the draiver transistor in the collector of the TSH 90v but the problem is that I give it power and it does nothing So just like the voltages, disconnect the vertical and continue the same, also disconnect the audio ic and the same TSH and I hope nothing of your help, thanks
