i´ve upgraded my DVD-5 DVD changer to a -never being sold in the eu- DVD-50. Benefits are: a normal laser pickup PVR-202T, progressive scan and reading of nearby all burned dvds/cdrs.
MP3 encoding and so on... It is a ntsc region1 player, but in the SM you can find out how to change to pal. The only one point- to set it region free or to region2. All the "tricks" on the www were not useful. The combination 3141592 is working at all others but ignored by dvd-50. Does anyone know whom to make it unlock? Or does anyone have a software upgrade for this player? Please let me know it you have any idea... Thanks
