Harman/Kardon DVD10, No Disc message

I have your Harman/Kardon DVD10 and since i got it I have not been able to use. Anytime I insert a CD the only message I get is NO DISC.
Can you please tell me what is wrong and also if I can get a replaced repair kit that can allow the CD to play.

Hi. My question is: How long has not been used the DVD player?
If it was not used for a long period of time the laser head moving stepper motor mechanism can have some residues inside. Open the top cover of DVD unit and move by hand the laser head (try to avoid touching the laser pointer part) from starting point to the end point. I attached a picture for easier understanding my writing. 
You can use some Electrical Contact Cleaner and Lubricant spray for Laser unit mover stepper motor to spray into holes.

A lézer fejen kell állítani. Kevés a fényerő.
Please change laser power in laser head. Too low power.
1 trimmer: CD
1 trimmer: DVD

Laser head only 3-4 recalibrate availabe in lifecycle before replacing. 1 recalibrate work 1-2 years with daily usage.
