Harmon Kardon AVR 137/230 doesn't turn on

Power supply tested working, it remains in standby with no display. Output transistors tested - no fault. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi!
There are several possible reasons. Is the standby LED lit (orange-amber)?
Is it switched on on the device or with a remote control?
Does it turn on and then turn off after a few seconds?
Does the display light up while it is on?
I can say more after the answers.
